"My long overdue review of this State Farm Agency, and Jackie as the Agent who worked with me! In this day and age, it's very difficult to not only achieve, but MAINTAIN a 5-star profile on a google business profile. A referral from family sent me over to *Jackie*, commending her prompt support and thorough work by ensuring what was best for a new client. I reached out and within 24hours (and even outside of business hours - Don't take that for granted people!!) - Jackie immediately was doing everything at Danielle Leonards, State Farm Agency so that she could to help with a recent F.U.B.A.R. issue that ALLSTATE caused even as a 5+ year customer on my 7 car Auto policy, and attempted to double my homeowners insurance!! Jackie displayed her knowledge of the various policy possibilities to maximize my savings, while retaining the same coverage levels. While I'll continue to monitor price increases, I'm planning on staying with them as long as it makes financial sense.
